Earlier today, ruling party chief Han Dong-hoon said President Yoon will not take part in state affairs.
Since then, Yoon has apparently continued exercising his powers to appoint personnel, such as naming a new spy agency first deputy director, according to this report.
Doesn't add up.

Yonhap News did a summary of everything that went down today. Interesting point for me is that the commanding officer for the soldiers going into the National Assembly was ordered by the (former) defense minister to drag out the lawmakers by force. He refused that order (2:50). youtu.be/lD9oqDiC8wU
