“Who cares” is exactly what a king would say. Monarchs don’t need the consent of the governed. Presidents do.

This is good news. I, for one, did not want to see a replay of the February visit. European leadership is integral to securing safety and peace for Ukraine.

I mourn this loss. It is significant. I keep hoping that a group of billionaires will crate a blind trust to keep the funding going for NPR & PBS. But losing CPB is greater damage than missing a great show - it’s losing safety and education.

In addition to the jobs lost, the U.S. will also miss out on being part of the energy economy of the future. We will not be part of innovating new energy solutions or developing new technologies for the 21st Century.

They want to privatize everything - you will have to pay for alerts, hurricane reports, everything.

They do. They act and speak like people who hate our founding documents. I re-read the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution tonight. We need to remember that the whole point of the American Experiment was to NOT be subject to the whims of a tyrant!!

Local news here in DC metro area barely covered it on Saturday night and made it look insignificant with what they omitted. Didn’t show that there were any speakers, didn’t do a wide shot of the crowd. Definitely downplayed it.
