Watkins questioned why the DND and GAC weren’t originally more forthcoming about the deployment. “It’s a good news story, so I would have thought they wanted to tell the public about what’s going on,” he added.

Remember 🇺🇸 #USAF E-3G Sentry 81-0005 #AE11EE buzzed Ottawa on September 16, the one that had an #RCAF pilot according to U.S. Air Combat Command? They were conducting clandestine operations in the Caribbean (near Venezuela 🇻🇪) on Sept 28 as #NORSE01.

Was it the same 🇨🇦 pilot? 🤷‍♂️

You, your family, your friends, in the Caribbean can help fill in the map. A few more receivers on Aruba, Curacao, and Bonaire would help identify the aircraft flying within hundreds of km of them, in line of sight. Same for Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada, or Barbados!

SO frustrated with the misled defeatist attitude of ppl tracking aircraft in the Carribbean. It's VERY possible to passively observe more 🇺🇸 military activity with more radio receivers feeding the network near Venezuela 🇻🇪.

Oh FFS; I'm sticking to my guns, there is no evidence that that aircraft's GPS was being jammed, despite jamming being a very real issue in the region.
But just hours later, the government again changed its position, with Zhelyazkov holding an impromptu news conference early afternoon to revert the official line to the electronic warfare happening in Ukraine once again. “There was a mess of information with questions, facts and the circumstances interpreted in a way that was intended to hurt the Bulgarian institutions,” said the prime minister at the impromptu press conference. He added that just because the ground instruments had not detected any jamming, that didn't mean that the onboard devices of the aircraft had not detected jamming. “In this regard, I have instructed the Civil Aviation Authority to contact the airline that is operating the flight in order to conduct an additional check regarding the instruments and computers in the aircraft,” he said.
