I have this idea that I want to keep educating special needs students regardless of what the DOE does. I don’t want to charge people who can’t afford it. I’m good at the teaching part but not the funding and recruitment or spreading the word part. Suggestions?

Many times in my life I’ve had the chance to move to California. I chose to stay in this red state because I didn’t want to leave my family. That was in the before times. I would go if I had the chance now.

With the FCC using its regulatory authority to silence dissent, if I were part of the SAG or screen writers guild, I’d be calling for a strike. See how long those networks can find content that people will want to watch without them.

Whether or not pineapple is good on pizza and preferring coffee or tea are opinions. Which people count as people and who deserves rights or not is bigger than not. On that I will not agree to disagree.

It’s wild to hear about the multiple natural disasters across the country without a single mention of FEMA. Like it never existed and we never as a country committed to come to the aid of those hit with disaster.

I’m trying to remember a single time I’ve heard the regime talk about the rights of the people. I’ve got nothing. I only remember them talking about their rights, their authority, and their power. Nothing about the people.

For those unconditionally cheering the attacks on Iran, remember that our early strikes in Afghanistan and Iraq were “successful”. But we ended up getting dragged into costly wars that created more terrorists than we killed. The American people haven’t forgotten that.

Out of curiosity I decided to see if I could find out when the last time Mike Lee had a town hall or any kind of meeting with constituents. I couldn’t find a single one after 2013. It’s been 12 years.

Deleting the posts and pretending it never happened misses the point. I intend to continue to remind my friends and neighbors in Utah of the depravity of posting such things in the first place right up until he loses his bid for reelection. I won’t let it disappear with the news cycle.
I am glad that Mike deleted these terrible tweets from Mike Lee's account.they showed a massive disregard for people and they should not be following him around for the rest of his life.

Dear follow Utahns, Mike Lee is up for reelection in 2028. We need to make sure people don’t forget his vile callous behavior after the news cycle moves on. Someone who mocks suffering and tragedy doesn’t deserve to be in the senate.

How wrong was I when I thought if I educated myself, studied and learned, and got the credentials to prove my education, people would at least listen and consider what I had to say. Turns out they will come up with reasons to dismiss anything they don’t want to hear or contradicts them.

Do I have this right? Low level guardsmen sharing classified documents on discord get 15 year prison sentences but high level people sharing it on signal get nothing. And stealing them and showing them off in a country club gets you back to the Oval Office. That seems wrong to me.

Watching coverage of the tornados and it strikes me that I have yet to hear anything about FEMA. Are they all just going to pretend that was never a thing? Also no more mentions of the warnings coming late or not at all. Those people need help. We should care. The media should talk about it.

I looked up countries where people can claim citizenship by descent. I only have ancestors from one country on the list and they aren’t recent enough to count so it looks like I’m stuck in this spiral into authoritarianism.
