Someone wanted me to “explain everything” about F1 at some point and I’m thinking about having to pre-apologize for kicking my heels in glee and giggling and then going down the rabbit hole for the history of papaya rules and the extra bits of snippy GP etc for just these few moments of sprint race

Got an hour / 5.75mi (and yes I thought about trying to push to 10k but it was getting dark and my goal was an hour) in at Green Lakes last night and sometimes I forget what a little jewel it is being so close.

This is true. I entertained myself once by randomly selecting two numbers from the list and combining the prompts. Here is one example.

Finally got out on my new-to-me folding bike for literally 🎶15 miles on the (Old) Erie Canal🎶. Extremely satisfying to just pop it in my car there and back.

Whilst we wait, I got to join a quick virtual webinar q&a with 55 at 5:30am on Thursday along with hundreds of other fans, many of whom truly thought they had won a 1on1 thing and were crashing out a bit in the chat. I feel for them, but it was cute and I was glad to be still able to rot in bed.

And I’m sure the grief-like feelings this has brought up have nothing to do with the fact that my dad (also a Robert) veered into Sundance territory at times in his youth.
