If I was young, I would love to work on this. But its hard.
Dec1st is freezing cold, there's no heat. Flowers don't last long so it has to be finished overnight. Filling little plastic vials w water. Adding a flower. Sticking it into Styrofoam. You're very wet and very cold for hours!

I've always liked the lead actress in TNG's episode "Justice". She was from a fun little japanese movie. She couldn't speak japanese, and nobody making this movie cared! It was that kinda movie.

alrighty, I cut up all the bevels. But before I apply a TON of gradient meshes, I'm going to create a new simpler version to test colors on. Gonna need to plan the bevel coloring.
THEN gradient meshes.
Then final colors.
Then back to a TAS project I want to work on.

I have a guess who the streaks were made.
btw "translucent film" was a bad word choice. Film as in a slice of plastic. Not photographic.

Update on the Hawk. Tried to shade the bevels while being accurate to the source material. Looked bad in the original. And bleh on mine. I'll put it aside and figure out a way to make it look better.
Also, happy with the bird. Won't add much to it.

I was wondering if I could ask one last question. Doing alot of work with mesh gradients.
The handles keep getting in the way. Is it possible to remove handles. Or mass rotate the whole gradient mesh without moving the object?
