US farmers are saying they "just need temporary help, until things get better."

Here's the thing. US farm exports- which are mostly soy- CANNOT get better.

Other countries expanded their soy industries to fill China's demand.

We've walled ourselves out of the global market, folks. This is it.

Trump threatens to permanently cut jobs and people’s health care if a shutdown happens, making it clear only Democrats would actually care — then lies about “fraud/waste/abuse”

Tough to negotiate with people who don’t actually care about the people they’re governing

No matter how hard they try to spin it, congressional Republicans forcing a shutdown is good for billionaires and bad for everyone else.

Slashing government workers, undermining regulatory agencies, and gutting the IRS is another giveaway for the billionaires who already exploit our system.

Here is a quick refresher on our 5A.

It says NO PERSON shall be denied life, liberty, or property w/o due process

It doesn't say CITIZEN

It doesn't have exceptions for "illegal immigrants"

It doesn't have exceptions for men, women, or children

It's PERSON

Say it with me:

PERSON

Hi, I wouldn't let my newspaper endorse VP Harris
& wouldn't let the op-ed page criticize Trump
& I gave Trump $1 mil for his inaugural
& gave his wife $30 mil to be in a doc…

....but I might have to list all the added tariff costs on Amazon so you won't think any of this is my fault.

The media says Democrats should stop talking about Kilmer Abrego Garcia, that’s the cue to dig in deeper. Silence isn’t neutrality,it’s a muzzle. The real story is always where they don’t want your eyes to go.
No matter how much MSM tell you to look away, this is the story we can’t turn our back to.

He was compassionate and humble. He cared deeply about immigrants, families suffering in war zones, the poor, those of other faiths and the LGBTQ+ community. He did not condemn or judge but urged us to love and care for each other.
He was the best Pope of my life time.
