See, I can see why it might be, but we have a conventional spelling for that: Bucky's

What is "Buc" and why is it being hyphenated with "ee?" Sounds like that anthropomorphic rodent got named by elves.

Was that name engineered to have people argue about how to pronounce it?

Is it a hard or soft "c?"
What noise does the "u" make?

The Canadian is confused.

People think they're going to get wisdom when asking writers and artists about their work or process. What they receive are the ramblings of someone who has barely harnessed their uncooperative runaway brain into a "productive" direction.

Trait 3: Hyperfixation
When I'm locked into a creative project, I can't not do it. It occupies almost all my waking thoughts, nothing else in my life has colour or flavour. Also, I don't get to choose the project nor when it starts or ends.

Trait 2: Serial Enthusiasm
I get excited about stuff, spend a month learning everything there is to know about it, and then wander off to pursue my next fixation. I've mastered nothing in my life, but I know a bit about a LOT. Good foundation for fiction, lousy basis for other professions.

Trait 1: overactive imagination.

The thing that makes me able to imagine worlds and characters will also take over my entire conscious mind, drowning out the actual world around me. It is unsafe for me to drive without music playing because I'll crawl inside my brain and stop seeing the road.

All the things that made me good at writing are liabilities in the rest of my life. They've been getting me in trouble with friends, family, teachers, and medical professionals for my whole life...

Tying up Evelyn in a satisfying way was tricky. She's been an antagonist throughout the series, but isn't a genuine villain.

Artists note: The covers represent the four seasons in Canada: fall, winter, spring, and on fire.
