I went out at 6pm to a committee meeting, then ended up at the Crown’s karaoke night til 1am.

I just put a piece of toast in the microwave and forgot to select grill. Came out as just a slice of steaming hot bread. 🍞 💦

This evening I did the meterage calculations that I should have done weeks ago, before I knitted half a jumper, realised I don’t have enough yarn, and now the website’s sold out of the colour. 😭

From the apple tree in my mum’s garden. She’ll have moved by next harvest, partly the tree’s fault, it’s a high maintenance garden. They taste wonderful, and I love how the blush spreads down and turns the flesh pink. I’ll miss them.
