And yet Missouri voters continue to vote for the same Republicans every cycle.
Last year, a majority of voters in Missouri passed a ballot initiative enacting paid sick leave.

Yesterday, Missouri's Republican governor signed legislation repealing it.

Just a reminder that Trump was going to announce his sanctions on Russia for not negotiating “in two weeks” about 3.5 weeks ago.

So let me get this straight: the "party of the working class" is kicking millions of people off health care to fund tax cuts that disproportionately benefit the rich?

I just don’t see how this is legal.
President Trump is set to meet with the biggest holders of his own crypto memecoin tonight at an exclusive dinner — a move many critics have said is a pay-to-play scheme.
Meet the crypto investors who bought a dinner with Trump
The event — billed as the “most EXCLUSIVE INVITATION in the World” — is the latest example of the president’s stunning pivot from crypto scourge to evangelist.

Jeffries: There are three big issues with the bill

1. It represents the largest cut to healthcare in American history.
2. It represents the largest cut to nutritional assistance in American history.
3. All of this is being done to enact the largest tax break for billionaires in American history.

There are lots of wrong definitions of habeas one could give, but this is just about the *most* wrong definition possible.

Imagine a cabinet member being asked to define freedom of speech and answering that it’s the government’s right to stop you from criticizing them. About the same.
HASSAN: What is habeas corpus?

NOEM: Habeas corpus is a constitutional right that the president has to be able to remove people from this country

HASSAN: That's incorrect

Habitat for Humanity.

For fucks sake.
The FBI is moving to criminalize groups like Habitat for Humanity for receiving grants from the Environmental Protection Agency under the Biden administration.

FBI ordered Citibank to freeze the group bank's accounts.
