First and foremost - do not protest at night. Too dangerous, too many bad things can be made to happen by corrupt law enforcement, Trump Gestapo, agent provocateurs and nut jobs who seek out violence.

If there's no such thing as due process, there's no such thing as a citizen, and there's no such thing as a crime. You are whatever the nearest cop says you are, sometimes even as a function of your attitude, skin colour, or in the case of vulnerable women willingness to submit to sexual favours.
