The horizontal elements are what gets me. I don't see another application for that other than overhead wire. Maybe lights to avoid them shining on the roadway below?

Also, false alarm on the Martini Corner OCS pole. I was given bad information. It is alive and well!

Ventured out to document what I assumed were old overhead catenary poles on the 23rd St I-70 overpass and I was too late!
But looking deeper, there was no trolley bus or tram service on 23rd in the 50s when I-70 was built. So what are these?

Some of it. We would have been fine yesterday with Coop, I think, but without either of them we had no pace over the top — and yet insisted on chucking every ball over the midfield as if we did.

Of course. It's okay, but we should learn from it whatever we can. Muscle strains are definitely impacted by use and warmups and whatnot.
But you're right, no recriminations will advance us to the next round.

Yeah, looking back I do see that he mostly played Coop, Bia and Temwa for 60–70 minutes instead of full 90, so some effort there.
We're just in the bargaining stage of grief here. So sad not to see such a special team not get to make their playoff run.

I'm a little afraid to read anything in public that isn't sufficiently banal as not to give the appearance of performance. :)

If we knew there was a chance she'd have those extra demands on her, maybe we don't play her in meaningless games before the break?
I'm not suggesting we bench all of the starters, but some more thoughtful rotation would have been smart. It's so common sense I was shocked it didn't happen.

And it goes beyond the tactics in the game. Why were we playing full strength line-ups when we'd already clinched the Shield, for instance? How do you turn a month of no stakes into an injury crisis?

I have fire insurance on my building and I haven't even allowed it to burn, because of fraud.

This particular detail isn't a constitutional crisis though. This is working as designed.

Why was our tactical response to losing all of our forward three pace lumping the ball forward route one? We couldn't stretch the field at all. Just so frustrating to watch the futility. #kcbaby

I was an early adopter and the first couple of months was all furries, live and art. And no, I'm not outing myself that I trained the algorithm to show me that. It just decided.

This is a good one!
I think my winter ankle rehab bike riding project is inventorying the remaining trolley poles.
