This week SLAAP volunteers joined ETSU’s Young Democratic Socialists and Appalachian Reproductive Health Alliance went to counteract an exhibit full of abortion disinformation. We were able to distribute 1341 doses of emergency contraception (likely preventing more abortions than the extremists!)

Operation Save America took their traveling hate fest to Clemson University this afternoon, so we tagged along. SLAAP handed out 60 units of free emergency contraception… and students thanked us for being there! It was our honor.

SLAAP accomplished so much this year with just 8 board members—distributing free reproductive health care supplies across Appalachian and supporting people seeking abortion care. A donation or purchase from our Amazon list will be a huge help for our work in 2025. we have big plans! Link in bio

With Project 2025 looming, folks are going full "wombsday prepper." Post-election, birth control & abortion pill requests have surged. The ACA covers contraceptives—for now. Without it? Expect $800 IUDs & no coverage. Healthcare shouldn't require armories, but prep now. time.com/7176333/birt...

Repro rights activists have worked under catastrophic circumstances since 6/22. But we continue to DO THAT WORK. We wake up each day and figure out how to help someone in need. Start small, take care of yourself, and join with others as you can. This is how we build movements. This is how we resist.
