Remember both that this was always the goal and that this plan was enacted by the Democratic Party because Israeli propaganda was being dismantled as quickly as they were putting it out.

I get the sentiment but they’re doing a hysterical 1st amendment crackdown as we speak to try and stop us from calling them hypocrites, which is the best sign to keep doing it. The reason to continue pointing out every lie and hypocrisy in a fascist state is so that *we* never get numb to it.

This has been the strategy since Reagan, which is why the modern Democratic Party is insanely right wing and why the modern Conservative Party are full-blown Nazis.

One reason I find it sort of hard to take these people seriously is that they assume virtue-signaling white people are the only people who vote and that Harris didn’t explicitly shut down Palestinian voices and make her support for Israel known. Fuck this person and their white supremacist take.

To be clear this wasn’t a refusal to call bullshit, it was a *decision* not to, because the media conglomerates that own the news realized how much money they could make by winkingly platforming extremism. And now that fascism has completely taken over, they’re still winking.

In 2016 while I was working at Cracked, I was told that we couldn’t make any kind of comment about conservatives or conservative policy without also making similar statements about the left because “we couldn’t be seen as biased.”
