Pro tip: If you're one of those people for whom the 10 days of repentance are 10 days of repeating the amidah, switch your siddur. Your brain is hardwired with habits, and your regular siddur with it's font, layout, etc. becomes a trigger. Change that and it will get your brain off autopilot.
