Yet another example of the federal government treating a court order as if it were merely a suggestion — requiring the court to issue a 2nd order with the threat of contempt before they released an immigrant, Alberto Castañeda Mondragón, whom they beat so severely he had to be hospitalized.

Alberto Castaneda Mondragon is a father & business owner & will probably suffer from his brain injury for the rest of his life.

We need to name & tell the story of these people so everyone feels it & understands it could be them/their family/friends next!

Even actual murderers are supposed to have their day in court. Due process is the rule of law. Only cowards and traitors violate it.
