The past 45 days have been the most exhausting of my entire life 😞 I am trying desperately to hold together my work and caregiving, but I can’t get any rest and I don’t even know who I am anymore. There is just more grief than my heart can hold 💔 I’m just so overwhelmed all the time

A month ago, my parent suffered a traumatic injury. I can’t possibly begin to describe the heartbreak and the exhaustion, or the rage that I have towards our med system. Between work & caring for them, isn’t much left of me these days 💔 not sure how much I’ll be around, but that’s why I’m quiet 😢
