An LLM is much more dangerous because of e.g. possibility of this data being prompt engineered by a 3rd party. Meta LLM stealing books could be made to recite these books verse by verse. And that's just 1 example. I really hope some data protection agency here in the EU makes a lot of fuss about it.

Profiling for ads is one thing, giving email contents to an LLM is in a completely different galaxy altogether, sadly.
