If people had a UBI the minimum wage would become moot. The goal of the minimum wage was the minimum amount a person needed to cover basic necessities. The gov hasn’t raised that in years. Us not enough. The year they stopped raising it could be said to be the year they became corrupt

Anyway corporations, run by greed focused humans, & businesses would / could be saving money on wages but they are too immature to see it
They are like babies that if you give them a marshmallow & you tell them to give it back they will get ten back but they eat it immediately
