For me, it means letting go of the idea that I have to manage every interaction of my business personally, every DM, comment, or email, getting a reply within 2 minutes.

So yeah, go outside.
Let your community breathe without burning you out.
August 3, 2025 at 5:00 PM
Schedule recurring content, automate common replies, set smart boundaries, and use tools that keep things moving without you being there every second.
August 3, 2025 at 5:00 PM
If your community only works when you’re online, it’s not sustainable, and this is something that I am still trying to learn and adopt in my own routine. Besides your teammates, you can also help yourself not to be "there" all the time.

So now, "Do you have this in black?" turns into a product roadmap nudge- not just a missed opportunity.

Your customers are trying to help. You just need the right way to listen.🦾

We stopped treating support like a silo and started treating it like product input.
That’s what Starko does: automatically tags messages by content, urgency, and request type.
July 28, 2025 at 5:00 PM
Somewhere along the way, that feedback, which was actually a signal, disappears into the abyss, which is wild, because most brands pay for market research, when your customers are literally telling you what they want, every day.

So what changed things for us?
July 28, 2025 at 5:00 PM
You don’t have to change who you are, but if you want to scale, you do need a way to structure the madness. Just like you would structure a mono repo😆
July 26, 2025 at 5:00 PM
You can’t scale creative chaos. Creative energy only works if you have a system that catches it. It took me building Starko to fully understand that.
July 26, 2025 at 5:00 PM
As a founder, I’m the one putting deadlines on everything and asking why nothing’s up on Starko. Following up on a follow-up.
Honestly, it’s payback.

But also, I kind of get it now.

There was always that one person in the team: the calendar guy, making us have ten different workspaces, the one actually keeping track.

Now? That person is me.
July 26, 2025 at 5:00 PM
Now we get to sleep. And our clients do, too.

If you’re stuck in the support spiral, maybe it's time to rethink the tools you’re using- or not using.

No hard pitch. Just sharing what worked for us.

Also: brush your teeth. Fully.

Support isn’t a task. It’s a full-blown relationship, and relationships need boundaries, not burnout.

We built Starko because we were tired of the “just five more minutes” trap of handling support across 6 platforms at once.

And just like that, it’s 3:12 AM, you’re responding to DMs because you care, you want your brand to represent a great experience, and your toothpaste is still somewhere on your cheek.

Here’s the thing no one tells you when scaling an e-commerce brand:

So, my message to you is, for fucks sake, believe in your dreams. Maybe that will screw you over, but maybe it will make you into the person you were always meant to become. Who knows?
July 24, 2025 at 10:44 AM
it can get annoying, all the crises, sleepless nights, feeling like a failure. But you still continue to believe, almost annoyingly so. You feel even more attached to the goal, the dream, and the idea that this just might work.
July 24, 2025 at 10:44 AM
Believe in your dreams… for fuck’s sake?\
Or maybe:
Believe in your dreams - even if they screw you over.

We really do have a way with words. Anyway, the point of what it should mean is,

One recent example involved using our custom tools for a customer. We created a demo showcasing how Starko can offer products directly within a chat widget or on Instagram to potential clients and leads.

We've found that this approach quickly leads to the magical moment of, "Oh, this can really help us."
