Customer:

Support Agent:

The answer never comes, and not because they don’t care, but because that question is now buried under 83 others.
And you have 30 tabs, 4 platforms, and 1 overworked human.

I’m not an organized guy.
Whenever I was working, I was the creative type, bouncing between five ideas at once, leaving things open, and someone else usually cleaned up after.

It always starts the same way:

You’re brushing your teeth at 11 PM, ready to finally log off.

Then… *ping* 💬

A customer on Instagram wants to know if you have the item in a different size.

You ignore it.

Then another DM, and another...

And at first, I wanted to make some crappy motivational post, but I realized I don't know how to translate it.

That's why we started preparing demos in advance. Even before speaking with a potential client, we review their social media and company profiles, then scrape and import the data into Starko.

After extensively testing and collaborating with customers on custom tool implementation, we are developing a user interface for it. In the future, we plan to make Starko the core engine that seamlessly integrates with your stack. 🚀
