For all the people asking: Yes, this law applies to all platforms, including Facebook, IG, Twitter, and so on. It differs from other states in that it doesn't apply only to sexual material. Here's an article with an overview: www.npr.org/2025/08/14/n...

Every time I see The Washington Post, I'm reminded that they are part of the reason we are in this mess. Bezos blocking the paper's endorsement of Harris and his efforts to tone down criticism of trump was all I needed to cancel my subscription. It's a shame, because there are good writers there.
