This guy was painted relatively a LOT quicker. He's from a recent Titanforge physical kickstarter for dawi minis. He leads my warrior-caste level dudes into battle.

I challenged myself to not do any speed painting here, and give every part of the model my best attempt. I think I got close to some of my best work here. Not bad.

I think it’s super important to do art for yourself. But also don’t deny those feelings you get when you share it and don’t get a response. It’s okay for it to disappoint you that no one else dug it but you. Keep making what you like.

I like to do my bases in batch now. You get less gunk on the models (especially short dwarfs!). But superglueing the models to the texture doesn't always work well, need to pin more!

Some of my recent #soublight gravelords. The blood knights have a custom banner made from greenstuff that I'm mostly happy with. Here's hoping this is all still good in the new book!
