Has anyone else been sending Luigi letters but he simply does not get them nor are they returned by the jail? I’ve now sent a total of 4 letters and some pics. None of the letters have reached him. Not a single rejection by the jail either!

Since MDC Brooklyn withheld my 1st letter to Luigi (despite not returning it to me with any official rejection notice) I have re-printed it up as 3 separate letters and sent it.
Hopefully he receives all 3. I am also going to send him the color photo option for my paintings.
