ACALT (all clankers are like this)

I do like the 2 Castlevania series - Shankar was (thankfully) only a producer, and only on the first series at that, so the writing was actually decent, barring maybe seasons 3+4.
The DMC series, however, was just utter dreck. I'm not even that into DMC and I felt insulted.

I get that, but there's just, like, no reason to box those things out imo

It's so sad that this is what Level 5 has been doing lately.
Like, they made some of the best games of the 00s/10s, but now suddenly "oops, gotta sacrifice artistic integrity to meet our profit margins".
Genuinely killed my interest in the new Prof. Layton.

I never got into Sw/Sh past the main story; I wasn't really a fan of how the Galar region was structured, and Dynamax as a mechanic just feels imbalanced.
That said, I do like a lot of the Pokemon from this generation; I regret not using the Blipbug line in my run. Hope they return in Gen 10.

Which not a bad thing imo; the islands in DQ Builders 2 did feel a little too big, which led to getting easily lost. (2/2)

Seeing the seamless travel transitions via Lapras and Dragonite, and some of the camera angles (though the latter could be down to what we saw being a trailer and all), it appears that this game will be scaled back somewhat compared to the DQ Builders games (1/2)

I swear, Gen 5 stans have just become what everyone made fun of genwunners for.

Very interested in this game. It's basically a spiritual successor to the Dragon Quest Builder series. It's even the same dev team; Koei Tecmo. A bit of a shame that the physical is a Game Key Card though. I guess it'll be digital for me.
