He's a moron, but more than that, he's a narcissist. He can't imagine anyone looking beyond him (ie, the US).

None of this ends until Republicans are more scared of the wrath of their constituents than the wrath of Trump. Any Republican in favor of this, showing their faces in public deserved nothing less than to be shunned and shamed.

Palingenetic means rebirth. Fascism is obsessed with the idea that our nation is in decay and must return to some mythic past. Every Trump policy is aimed at this. They're "restoring purity” and eliminating the internal threats. It's happening right now. We're at the start, but this is fascism.

Trump's narcissim means that he can never STFU and let plans quietly coalesce. They probably hate that he wound up the figurehead of all this, but he became their one shot at this. The fact that he can't ever not say what he's thinking and has a completely disordered brain might just be our 1 break.

Give us healthcare, and then just let all the sportsball, Netflix, and video games do the distraction work on autopilot. But I suppose the cruelty is the point if you're a Nazi. Because there's def easier way to go about this if power/money is all they want.

Cool that people living in Wyoming had 65 times more of a say on the issue than people living in California even though California contributes 75 times more to the U.S. economy.
