Google is telling me they’re usually only winter visitors and it’s p rare that they stick around to breed down here in warmer months, so it’s especially cool if they’re hanging out nearby and if there’s a couple!!!

They have either relocated themselves back near the pond, or they’ve snuggled up safely in the hedge I left them near. Either way no one was injured so I’ll just keep my eyes + ears peeled over the next few days

My urgent issue is a non-issue now so I’m waiting on a bus to get me back up there to check on them
