It’s good to have actual healthy coping mechanisms. When you’re doing something that’s only causing you more pain, anxiety, and strife, it’s not coping anymore. It’s just self destructive.

Basically don’t come talking to me about how a fandom is dead (cough*welcome home*cough) for reasons like that when you have no idea what a dead fandom actually is like.
