It’s just so…how are you going to make a whole ‘Yandere dating sim’ game, completely butcher the trope, and then cultivate this toxically positive fan base that can’t think critically to save their lives…
Like I can’t stand it. people will be describing a slightly murderous golden retriever boyfriend and call that a yandere and I’m here like 🧍🏻or like ‘my yandere character ISNT toxic! He respects boundaries!’…the core idea of a yandere is meant to be toxic and cross boundaries it’s why they STALK YOU…
Biggest pet peeve is when people mischaracterize the yandere trope and make their Yandere ‘different’ by essentially taking away everything that MAKES a Yandere. Or generally people who claim to like Yanderes but then describe something that’s NOT a Yandere.

Puppet sewing for therapy; My fingers hurt at times since it’s a lot of hand sewing, but I love hand sewing and it always helps me. Sometimes just having something tangible can be grounding and help you through all the pain you suffer that’s not so tangible yet ever present.

Most people nowadays that say a fandom is dead don’t know what a dead fandom is actually like. No, a fandom no longer trending is not a fandom being dead. You just fell out of it because ppl weren’t talking about it anymore but it’s still there. Artists and fic writers are still there.
