Some areas pausing but some areas are picking up on both the logistics and manufacturing side - just depends on end clients and their reliance on China

What's driving it? Short-term contract & temp roles that will help companies respond to tariffs including supply chain managers, forklift drivers, commercial drivers, & admin roles. Industrial sector still less optimistic than general market about future hiring. #tariffs #labor

Lastly, industrial firms had been very optimistic that the Trump Admin's policies would have a positive impact on their business. But that’s dropped significantly in February as well. Tariffs are a drag on manufacturing, which is dampening forecasts for the year. #supplychain #labormarket #tariffs

The top business challenges are also shifting. Government Policy & Regulation historically has been at the bottom. Now we’re seeing it jump up along with economic uncertainty and fears of a recession. On the flip side, as hiring plans are falling, attracting talent is becoming less of an issue.
