Lastly, industrial firms had been very optimistic that the Trump Admin's policies would have a positive impact on their business. But that’s dropped significantly in February as well. Tariffs are a drag on manufacturing, which is dampening forecasts for the year. #supplychain #labormarket #tariffs

The top business challenges are also shifting. Government Policy & Regulation historically has been at the bottom. Now we’re seeing it jump up along with economic uncertainty and fears of a recession. On the flip side, as hiring plans are falling, attracting talent is becoming less of an issue.
