If you are in Michigan and get your power from Consumers or DTE, they generate most of their power in state so it probably won’t affect you as much. If you want to learn more, ask ChatGPT or another AI LLM to tell you where your electricity comes from.

University used to be a place to meet people, grow, exchange ideas, learn how to be independent, philosophize, make things, collaborate, not just become “workforce ready”. Maybe we can get back to that. Yes, it’s way too expensive.

In my experience, many younger people are more anti AI, and the Gen X age group is all over it.
