Insurance companies’ primary function is to provide consumers access to networks with negotiated, reduced prices for care. Republicans say they’re gonna give you a couple thousand bucks toward your health care costs. Great! What are they gonna do about negotiating reduced costs for ALL Americans?

For anyone still wondering which party will fracture as a result of the entire American political system shifting to the right, we have an answer. The Republicans are fascists. The Democrats are Reagan Republicans. The mainstream US political system no longer has a centrist party, let alone leftist.

Seems to me this guy has some questions to answer. The NWS had already issued flood warnings but it seems pretty clear that he didn’t believe them. Imagine if he’d passed along the warning at 3:30 instead of waiting 90 minutes until it was too late.
