The problem is that if you start speaking the truth, people brand you as being “mean” or a “gatekeeper.”

As an expert and practitioner in insider risk management, this doesn’t surprise me at all.

There’s a history of many companies who punish the investigator(s) when the report goes against their agenda.

Sit down with anyone in this space and they’ll echo it.

This is not a joke. The continuing insults against federal employees is only going to lead to more disasters.

This is textbook everything not to do when managing change in an organization.

Training hours. Flying around in this area is common, but definitely should know the patterns. It’s pretty tight air space to maneuver.

Curious from which direction they were approaching because if you’re familiar with the airport, landing from the north is a *tricky* drop in.

I always stop what I’m doing and pay attention out the window when coming in that way.
