I guess Charlie thinks the same way as Cuomo, who mixed up Jonathan Capehart and Eugene Daniels because they look so much alike (all brown/black people look alike).

I think it depends on how it's used.
Right way - bring in driver 2 first to guard against being undercut by the team behind them, but possibly undercuts driver 1
Wrong way - unnecessarily favor one driver

As the saying goes, not all oil is equal. These fields are in hard to reach areas (location, weather, etc.) requiring specialized equipment (expensive) so it only makes sense when oil is scarce.

I think many (or all) of us realize these are dark times but we will all go berserk if we think of the consequences 24 x 7. Maybe we can "get lucky" eventually!
