You know a doctor is a quack when he asks for medical advice from RFK, Jr., who admits that nobody should ask him for medical advice.
Sen. Roger Marshall on what he wants to ask RFK Jr: "How do we build up our own immunity, so when we do get viruses like covid - and we've probably each had had covid 5 or 10 times, we're developing natural immunity - but what can we do to address the chronic disease epidemic?"

The hospital in Dayton is often the only lifeline for the elderly and poor in Columbia County as the only emergency room within 30 miles.

But Columbia County Health System CEO Shane McGuire says his hospital, Dayton General, is among several in Washington that could close due to Medicaid cuts.

"[M]edical experts warn that prosecuting pregnant people who seek health care could cause them to avoid going to a doctor or hospital altogether, which is dangerous for the mother and the developing fetus. Proper prenatal care and drug treatment should be the goal ... not punishment."
In these states, law enforcement and prosecutors have expanded their use of child abuse and neglect laws in recent years to police the conduct of pregnant women under the concept of “fetal personhood.”
How These Four States Use Fetal Personhood to Punish Pregnant Women
Hundreds of women who used drugs while pregnant have faced criminal charges — even when they deliver healthy babies.

Damacia Gilbert, a nurse at Paoli Hospital, spotted an email last month that would change so much for her and others.

No longer would she be so stressed. An anonymous donor had just given the hospital $1 million to help its nurses pay off their student loans.

Canberrans are being asked to pay an extra levy to cover our public health costs.

Clearly improvements are needed in our hospital efficiency and cost base but there’s also a strong case for the Commonwealth to contribute more.

Hospital stays are $2000 more expensive in Canberra. Should the federal govt pay more?
