It's been 11 days since Judge Ho got the amicus curiae in the Eric Adams dismissal case, and he canceled the hearing that was supposed to take place March 14th. I feel like if he were going to just dismiss with prejudice, he'd have done it by now. I hope he denies the motion to dismiss.
