You are forgetting self-employed individuals. In Maine, 10% of the labor force is self-employed, and 97% of Maine businesses fall under “small business”, with 0-19 employees, most likely offering no benefits at all.

Consider, though, how many separate rallies each state had. Maine, for instance, has a pretty low population, but a lot of land to cover, and had 4 primary locations today…. plus individual towns
