Yeah, the opening in Prime 3 where you're in the Federation base is a good establishing moment before everything goes tits-up, and served a pretty solid purpose in giving you literally any reason to care about the other hunters that were obvious bossfight setups

I dunno. Nintendo games tend to be the sort that would never introduce a new system if they aren't going to use it for the entire game. This one chump might be temporary, but Nintendo games don't invest in a 'chump in your ear' system for one chump.
