Remarkably too that the record was nearly equaled the next day 2nd Nov too with 22.3C again at the notorious foehn spot Trawsgoed. It was 3 consecutive days where somewhere in the UK had at least 20C.

The first time that I've had a top 5 cloudiest month since August 2020. In fact both July and August 2020 were in the top 5 cloudiest.

Meteociel says 06-06 max on 24th Sep 2012 was 9.7C whilst 00-00 max was 10.4C. That was a horrendous day of persistent heavy rain under the remnants of Nadine.
