Veggy stir-fry with Ramen noodles, because sometimes it's pretty great being vegan

Vegan super fries.

Though I hesitate to call it cooking. It's mostly just stacking delicious ingredients.
A paper plate that is practically overflowing with layered nacho fries - vegan sour cream, cheese, salsa, guacamole, and imitation carne asada, very obviously incredibly unhealthy.

The trick to a good vegan pizza is disarming simple - skip the vegan cheese. All it does is remind you that vegan cheese melts weird. Just sprinkle a bit of vegan parmesan to give it a cheese flavor.
