I have a Breville toaster and had stop using it as a convection oven because the fan started sounding like it was going to rip right out of the oven. Apparently a super common problem that pops up once you are out of warranty. I'd be irked but the air fryer is way more convenient so no big loss.

The greatest use of an air fryer is to cook fish. Somehow it keeps my apartment from stinking and it is super easy to cook a couple of fillets. Dramatically increased my fish consumption.

The series barely deals with the core idea of book (reason) and replaces it with what is pretty much magical woo. So if you're hoping for the logic part you'll be disappointed. But once you move beyond considering it to be related to the books it is passable science fantasy.
