Ima be completely blunt, aside from the typical college/work/trying to focus on non-fetish art shit, I think a big reason why my art thing takes so long is I use this as a ploy to practice specific skills in Blender.
I've always done it, but I'm starting to notice how complex they are getting.

Seeing the newest Nintendo Direct announcing $20 DLC for Bananza, $30 DLC for Pokemon ZA before it's even out and XBox trying $80-100 games just across the board is just enforcing this more.
Hollow Knight Silksong is out and it's $20, or that could be DLC for a $70 one month old game! Yeah no.

It just feels weird cuz I bought almost no Triple A games this year with the standardized $70 price tag.
Not even in a financial state, I just see it and think "there's gonna be a steam sale in a month and I could get 5 amazing games for that price."

Pokemon Presents are so funny to me cuz if you aren't into the mobile game market at all, the first 15 minutes mean nothing to you.
