My next game to play via phone and Gamepass is Pentiment. Murder mystery that involves 1520s German history and the transition between manuscript and print. Very good so far, likely will finish over the next 1-2 weeks during work breaks.

Finished the excellent 2021 game Genesis Noir last night. Abstract and yet so grounded at the same time. Just learned that Calvino’s Cosmicomics was an inspiration. Played it via Gamepass and I highly recommend it to those who want a stimulating yet short (4-5 hrs playtime) game.

I’m doing Thanksgiving wrong, it seems. I’ve lost 5 lbs since Monday and 51.4 lbs since July 1. At this rate, I’ll be able to resume running this winter with hopes of doing my first 10+ mile run by April 😁

It’s been years since I’ve written any book reviews, but I’m contemplating writing something in the near future on some of my recent interests. It ranges from over 20 translations of Le Petit Prince to the Church Fathers to recent Premio Alfaguara winners. Probably acquired tastes for most 😂
