So, keeping in mind that I saw this listing several months ago and took the screenshots because no one would ever believe me otherwise when I told them about this, I think it was just two bedrooms up in that area. I could not begin to find the listing now to confirm that, though.

I found this picture in a listing not long ago. It was described, apparently unironically, as a "convenient half bath". I sincerely doubt it was permitted.
