Perhaps
November 13, 2025 at 7:48 PM
I fucking hope not. I made sure I hid it after the first few weeks I got my feet under the table.
November 13, 2025 at 7:41 PM
Just as well I have low standards then
November 13, 2025 at 7:14 PM
Yep. I mean. Does it say more about me or him?
November 13, 2025 at 7:09 PM
I mean, he did have a pair of green trews two sizes too big that were held up with a belt made from a spotlight rigging chain.

And ACH's are graver than most

JFC, the revelations just keep coming. How did I not run a mile?
November 13, 2025 at 2:27 PM
I love how they're always politely referred to as salmon-coloured. THEY WERE DEFINITELY ORANGE.
November 13, 2025 at 2:11 PM
Thanks, had to be creative with gifts this year, so i got the crayons out.
November 11, 2025 at 4:58 PM
Awe, yay. Happy birthday, petal. Hope you've had a splendid day.
November 11, 2025 at 4:09 PM
Do you think our public displays of affection are a bit much?
November 11, 2025 at 1:29 PM
I'm really looking forward to it. I hope it's opening up some new opportunities too. What a great achievement!
November 2, 2025 at 1:16 PM
I've just checked in on her account. Poor petal. She's a trooper, though. You look after yourself too, my love. It's hard on everyone, this. For what it's worth, always here to lend an ear if needed.
November 2, 2025 at 12:44 PM
I'll keep everything crossed. If you're both ok with it, please let me know how she's getting on. I'm sorry, it's all very unfair. I'm thinking of you, and P. X
November 2, 2025 at 12:34 PM
I'm really sorry to hear that. I hope you get to see her tonight. She's a good egg, and so are you. X
November 2, 2025 at 12:28 PM
I'm so pleased for you! This is really well-deserved. All that talent and hard work, you must be extremely proud and very chuffed.
November 2, 2025 at 11:33 AM
I love this. Not the bad neck, of course.
October 31, 2025 at 6:49 PM
Ahahaha! It's a shame they got rid of the animals. I used to love watching them walk the llamas and alpacas past the workshop to put them to bed. It's Cornwall, nothing's getting done any time soon. It'll still be a shitheap when you come back, don't you worry.
October 31, 2025 at 6:22 PM
No pressure. I just didn't want you to think we'd ignored the fact you were up the road. Trethorne is getting an upgrade-the chap that owns it has finally got control of it from his mum, who was adamant about no upgrades, so it's been stuck in the 80s, since the, er, 80s. It might be posh next time.
October 31, 2025 at 6:16 PM
Miffed I didn't mention it now. Keep it in mind for next visit, cos it's a decent stop off on the way home too.
October 31, 2025 at 6:11 PM
Yes, worth a visit, they've always got something or other on. It's in Lifton on the way into Cornwall on the A30 - a couple of miles from Launceston. It's a farm shop but they have animals and depending on the season, different trails and PYO. It was pumpkins, this past few weeks, of course.

The Codfather isn't what it was. We'd have given you some recommendations with pleasure. If you're nearby next time, give us a shout if you feel like saying hello. Equally, totally understand you might want some peace and quiet with no 'peopling' at all.
October 31, 2025 at 6:07 PM
You wouldn't have bothered us. We were in most days last week but we only got back from my mum's yday. Did you take the kids to Strawberry Fields? So few people stop in this bit for their hols, I just assumed you were off somewhere further west. Did you have a nice time in spite of the shit weather?
