We polled Indivisible members over the weekend on whether Dems should take a deal or keep fighting for the ACA subsidies. Results: 98.67% said keep fighting.
Dems who vote to surrender now are fracturing their own party in a way that will reverberate loudly in the primaries.

So Democrats get:
1. A CR that will prevent the GOP from facing the wrath of Americans for a shutdown over the holidays
2. A coupon for one (1) meaningless ACA vote that will fail
3. An end to the illegal RIF/SNAP moves that are already before the courts
Those all seem like wins for the GOP.

@kaine.senate.gov “guarantees a vote” ? Lol and how do you forsee republicans voting on that? This is a TERRIBLE deal and the American people nor Democrats get anything in return. The American people are holding out to see some consequences for republicans’ actions. If we can hold, you can hold.

I hope it's clear to everyone now that Trump really is going for it - he's trying to become a dictator. I don't know if he'll succeed, but he's working to install himself as an autocrat unaccountable to voters. And he's weaponizing the military against Americans who oppose him as part of that effort

Someone is leaking key parts of the FBI's pipe bomb investigation, things that if authentic are big. Have long suspected the RNC bomb was placed or at least moved on Jan 6. It was in too prominent a place to be overlooked, then found at too convenient a time (or rather, just minutes too early). 1/
