Moroccan lunch followed by Palo Cortado sherry, settling the house up for the grandkids arrival tomorrow and now Nordes gin on the terrace. Rejecting “Friday night football” for a feast at 4 Estaciones later with a nightcap somewhere lively after. A #lufc win would top it off.

Saw him twice at the,variously renamed, Rock Garden in Middlesbrough then missed my last chance due to that Icelandic volcano stopping his flight to Glasgow. Incalculable influence.
