Are there any e-readers that are decent that aren't kindles ?

I have influenza A and I'm gonna be out of commission for at least another 5-7 days. I'm super stressed about this for several reasons.. one being I'm probably gonna miss another weekend of work. Also I'm super fucking miserable i haven't felt this bad since my first covid infection in 2020.

I uninstalled Facebook from my phone 24 hours ago, and Insta about 8 hours ago. I genuinely feel like I am physically withdrawing from it. I'm honestly embarrassed. I have the shakes, I'm getting brain zaps like when I cold turkey went off SSRI's, my head hurts, I'm nauseous..etc #meta#addiction

Instagram is officially uninstalled from my phone and with that I had the realization that a lot of my photos & other digital media are tied to online accounts of some sort so a project I am starting today and getting all my photos, videos, & DRM free games and books..etc onto flash drives.

Even though most of us will probably never lead the charge, we all have a vital role to play in this battle before us.

Went to my friends of my local library board meeting tonight and then hung out with my wife at a bar. We gambled and played a game of pool. I almost didn't leave the house today, but I'm glad I decided to be in the community today instead.
