I may have said it before, but most AI dorks are people who really want content to consume but are either too lazy or scared of failing to learn to draw/write and/or too cheap or antisocial to commission someone to draw stuff for them. Also they hate the actual human part of art as well.

The "Frieren angle" thing, apart from just being delightful, also completely demolishes the pathetic "AI is democratising art" argument. Someone struggling with a difficult drawing received advice from hundreds of strangers who just wanted to help them improve their art.

I often think about how given Twitter is 80-90% bots it directly correlates to a near 9-10x factor for how many followers you would reasonably have, like if you were to have 2.9k on Bluesky you'd have 29k on Twitter
